About Hanna

I’m Hanna, a yoga+breathwork instructor, pilot, psychology student and I do a lot of mental health work. As you can see, I live a full life, it makes me so happy but it can be high pressure sometimes. I have exams every 6 months, university deadlines, and the same life challenges you probably face.

I know stress because I lived it eight years ago. I had chronic stress and it controlled me, messing with my sleep, focus, and energy. Once I’d recovered I vowed never to go there again and to help people not get to that place either. I learned how to take control of myself, and it changed everything.


I’ve trained in yoga my 200RYT with Jenn Malement, 100 hour CPD with Kayla Nielsen, 50 hour breathwork with Michael Bijker and am training to be a meditation teacher, finishing summer 2025. I have practiced for 15+ years, graduating from a psychology degree Autumn 2025, and worked with high-pressure professionals to develop techniques that actually work in real life. Now, I teach pilots, doctors, lawyers, people who suffer panic and anxiety, how to use breathwork to handle stress in the moments that actually matter. I want to teach you too.

It’s not just about relaxing, or having a big release, it’s about having tools to stay calm under pressure, think clearly, and be in control when it counts.
