In my sessions you won't have to sit cross-legged for an hour or fold yourself into yoga poses. Most people I work with don't want that, they need something practical for real life.
I get it. I've been there.
I'm a pilot with a Psychology degree. I do mental health work and teach breathwork and yoga. I also spent two years living with chronic stress without realising it and was so stressed I lost 10kg.
Everyone said I looked amazing. I was crumbling inside.
These days, I live a full demanding life: exams, deadlines, presentations, meetings, day-to-day challenges. But I don't let them take over. I learned to control my mind and emotions with my breath.
It changed everything
Before, nerves and fear consumed me in the moments that mattered - exams, presentations, hard conversations. My mind spiralled, my body tensed, and I doubted myself.
Now, I'm calmer, clear-headed, and focused.
No sleepless nights, wasted time worrying, or panic in high-pressure situations. I face challenges head-on with confidence.
Everything I teach is grounded in psychology and science. I don't share anything I haven't tested on myself.
I'm a qualified yoga teacher (200 RYT + 100 CPD hours) and breathwork instructor, and am currently completing meditation teacher training (finishing late 2025).
I've worked with high-pressure professionals - pilots, doctors, lawyers - and people living with fear, panic, and trauma. I teach them practical tools that work instantly in real situations.
At the heart of my work is trust, empathy, and connection.
People trust me with their fears and stresses, a privilege I never take lightly.
I believe no situation is made worse by pausing to breathe.
A breath won't remove the challenge, but it will keep you steady while you face it.
