Hi I’m Hanna

Around here, you won’t be asked to sit cross legged for an hour or try to fold yourself into a crazy yoga pose.

Most people I work with don’t want that, which is fine with me as I give something that works in real life. 

I get it, I’ve been there. 

I’m a pilot, have a psychology degree, I do mental health work and I teach breathwork and yoga too. I also spent two years living with chronic stress without realising it, so stressed that I lost 10kgs. Everyone told me I looked amazing but I was absolutely crumbling inside. 

These days, I live a full demanding life, exams, deadlines, presentations, meetings, and all the normal life challenges but I don’t let them take over my life. I learned how to control my mind and emotions, with my breath and it changed everything for me. 

Before, nerves and fear would absolutely consume me in the moments that mattered, those exams, presentations, hard conversations. My mind would spiral, my body would tense up and I’d doubt myself and my ability. 

Now, I’m much calmer, clear headed and focused. No sleepless nights, not wasting time worrying, no panic in high pressure moments and I face challenges head on with confidence. 

Everything I teach is underpinned by my psychology knowledge, so when you work with me you know it’s grounded in science and I don’t share anything I haven’t tested or doesn’t work on myself. 

Over the years I’ve trained in yoga teaching (200 RYT + 100 CPD), breathwork instructor and I’m doing meditation teacher training finishing late 2025. 

I’ve worked with high pressure professionals, pilots, doctors, lawyers, people living with fear, panic and trauma. 

I teach them practical, fast tools that have an instant effect in real situations that come at us every day. 

At the heart of my work is  trust, empathy and connection. People trust me with their fears and stresses and that’s a privilege I never take lightly. 

I believe that no situation is  ever made worse by pausing and taking a breath. A breath won’t take the challenge away but it will keep you steady while you face it.
