I fly for a living. I adore flying. I know you don’t.

I spent years talking to nervous flyers and helped them slightly, but I always felt I was missing something.

I brought together my psychology degree, my yoga/breathwork instructor qualifications and my years of pilot experience to help hundreds of nervous flyers with the actual tools that work when your body is in panic.
